The Conference fees will cover the scientific programme, material, lunches, refreshments during the breaks and the programmed social activities during the time of the Conference. The Accompanying persons' fee will cover the social activities and the conference lunches at the University dining hall.

All registrations will be confirmed by an e-mail sent to the participant giving all registration details, accommodation reservation, and other necessary advance information. The confirmation letters will be sent out starting by the end of June 2005.

All Conference participants (also invited speakers) are expected to submit a final registration either

on-line through the website or by faxing the filled Conference Registration Forms (available in PDF-format at the congress website) to the Secretariat. Fax number:+358-14 339 8159

Accommodation booking is possible at the same time with your registration, please see accommodation.
The Conference fees should be fully paid in Euros with your registration.

You are kindly asked to send or fax a copy of your payment receipt to the organizers.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please include all requested details on the printed registration form or fax them on a separate Payment Form to the Secretariat.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. Web payment by credit card is not possible.

The last day for registrations is 15 July. In case of late registrations availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Note! Registration can be made even on-site if someone decides very late. We are prepared to be flexible.

For written cancellations received before 15 July 2005, full refund on registration fees will be paid. For written cancellation made between 16 July and 10 August the cancellation fee is EUR 80. After 10 August no refund will be paid on the registration fees.
